Michael J. Halpin is a certified public accountant providing a full array of personal and business accounting services. After working for both a small accounting firm and a financial planning firm, Michael decided to launch his own practice in 1995. Since that time, Michael J. Halpin & Associates has grown from a one-man, in-home office to his current Northfield location. In spite of the growth his company has enjoyed, Michael prides himself in managing a firm that provides a level of personalized service that large accounting firms cannot.

Additionally, Michael’s comprehensive knowledge of the tax code, provides both personal and business clientele expertise in planning for optimal financial outcomes.
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys morning workouts, biking, hiking, reading, working in his garden, and cooking when he finds the time. Michael and his wife of over 35 years have raised three children. They enjoy time spent with the kids and share a love of travel.
